The postpartum period is a time of immense transformation. My role is to support you by offering practical support, emotional nurturing, and space to rest and integrate. Here to hold the baby while you shower, prepare nourishing meals, or simply listen.

when should i book support?Many families book during 1st or second trimester, but support is also available after baby arrives (depending on availability).
do you accept insurance?Yes. I accept MassHealth for eligible postpartum doula services. If you are a MassHealth member, I can review your coverage and determine eligibility.
