The postpartum period is a time of immense transformation. My role is to support you by offering practical support, emotional nurturing, and space to rest and integrate. Here to hold the baby while you shower, prepare nourishing meals, or simply listen.

are there options outside of the packages?Yes! I offer à la carte daytime and overnight postpartum support, as well as the option to add additional hours to any package. Support is available in flexible time increments based on your family's needs and my availability.
do you accept insurance?Yes. I accept MassHealth for eligible postpartum doula services. If you are a MassHealth member, I can review your coverage and determine eligibility.
when should i book support?A postpartum doula provides non-medical support before and after Many families book during second trimester, but support is also available after baby arrives (depending on availability).
